To ensure the safety and welfare of all animals, the following requirements must be met before any listing can be approved. These guidelines are designed to protect both buyers and sellers while maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare.
Seller Verification
All sellers must be properly verified and categorized as private sellers, licensed sellers, or rescue/rehoming centers.
Compliance
Strict adherence to animal welfare laws and regulations, including breed restrictions and species protection.
Transparency
Any sellers who refuse to provide basic information, will be flagged and listing submissions will be declined.
Each advert will be clearly labelled as a private sale, by a licensed seller, or from a rescue/rehoming centre.
No banned breeds are to be posted. The relevant authorities will be notified in these situations.
Transparency at all times. Sellers must provide any information about the dog that is requested.
Where a dog is confirmed as being microchipped, a microchip number must be provided.
Require recent photographs of advertised animals, taken within the last 14 days.
Animals must be removed from the website as soon as they're sold.
Enquiries from buyers must be responded to within 48 hours, otherwise we reserve the right to remove the listing.
